SMNC is the largest not-for-profit landlord on the Southside of Syracuse. Our office is centrally located at 1721 South Salina Street. SMNC offers safe and affordable family rental housing to qualified applicants. Our rental portfolio consists of single family homes, duplexes and apartments. We accept Section 8, DSS, and self-pay. We do not offer subsidized housing.

Stoves and refrigerators are provided with each of our units. Gas and electric are not included (except at our apartments located at 107 East Kennedy Street where heat and hot water are included). Pets are not allowed. Washer & Dryer hook-ups subject to approval.

SMNC also employs a full time maintenance staff qualified to handle routine maintenance matters and after hour emergencies.
