Our Mission

SMNC’s mission is to provide quality affordable housing services to low and moderate-income families located in the Southside neighborhoods of the City of Syracuse. N.Y. Through responsible property management, maintenance, and new construction, SMNC seeks to promote goodwill, a decent standard of living, and a model for communities to follow.
